They had a lantern fest 3 miles from my property last  spring. I am sill finding em. Each lantern has a metal ring in it.

They had some big shindig down there on the Meramec called a "Bull float" (?)

My daughter attended and showed me aftermath pics afterward.   It looked way worse than that.   I said "Wow, I'm so proud that you were a part of that".   She looked at the floor and assured me that she wouldn't be there next year.  I said, GOOD!

Poor Forest Park,  our city’s crown jewel, having to suffer the indignity of hosting yearly events like Loufest, Great Forest Park balloon race, beer festivals, charity walks and other people intensive activities that naturally degrade its beauty. It’s a wonder we still allow it.
