laker67 Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 I drifted a few flies to some of those fish yesterday. Had one taker and missed getting the hook up. I guess i'm getting slow in my old age.

Smalliebigs Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 sorry but this is a biotch thread and I had to remove my posts from this garbage Johnsfolly and trythisonemv 2
trythisonemv Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Have caught some decent small jaws in the park over the years. They get thick.
fishinwrench Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 I know nothing of what you speak. Smallies in Bennett Spring....Yeah right I suppose you want me to believe that they run up the Roubidoux in the Winter also. trythisonemv 1
slothman Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 I learned to fish on the Roubidoux. I caught my biggest smallmouth a little ways above the bridge at Plato. There aren't a bunch of big ones up there. Havent caught any big ones up there in quite a few years. Don't catch near as many goggleye there as I used to either.
fishinwrench Posted November 17, 2017 Posted November 17, 2017 Sloth, I was actually talking about the lower portion downstream of Waynesville. The Ruby looses her water much above that for a ways.
