New fishin stick

My son Aaron built me a new fishin pole for Christmas/Birthday.  7’6” glass rod for cranking.  Coming down the 21st.  Gonna test her out with some Wart and Crawler action.

Wow. That's impressive. Has a modern JDM yet Retro feel to it. Looks like an old Abu from the 70's with the wrap design but with Japanese components and accents. Really dig it.

Good looking rod! One little problem..........You can't catch any crankbait fish around KC! You got to find the nasty looking stuff like the Kings or James.

That's nice.  I've been looking at Mudhole.com and thinking about building some rods.  This might inspire me to do it.

He get some of his supplies from Mudhole.  It’s the 3rd rod he’s built.  2nd he built for his grandfather who is a corvette fancier.
