Great pics, thanks for sharing!  What port are you guys going out of?  We always stay down in Akumal, but Puerto Adventuras is where we see a lot of people go out of.  Haven't done a trip in a few years, making me want to go again......

Very Nice DJ! I've caught bonito and triggers, but never landed an amberjack. Thought that I may have one or two on previously but ended up with pulled hooks. Great fight while it lasted.

Used to spearfish (don't tell anyone) triggers. I really like eating them .

I agree with DNJ21 - keep the reports coming!

Amber jacks put up a heck of a fight.  Had rough seas for sure.  2 of my buddies were chumming all day lol.  Had some solid 8 foot swells,  but good thing I have my sea legs.

thats true, I have never anyone that is from Mexico drink a corona, but i have seen them drink a Modelo !!

We were out of adventuras.  We used Big Game charters out of the barricuda Marina.  

We only did a 6 hour charter.  Not sure I could of handled any more.  Lol

I'll throw some more pics up once my other phone comes back to life.  Got a ton of GoPro footage too.

We had the trigger fish for dinner,  and it was delicious.  Nothing beats fresh fish. Sushi down here has been exceptional.  I only ever eat it when I can see the ocean.
