Members Bigfishscott Posted April 22, 2018 Members Posted April 22, 2018 Some years just a few some years a bunch. The most I ever caught in one day was 4. Those things will eat anything. I think I’ve caught one on at least every lure I throw. And I have a few under that log museum MoPan was talking about Ham and grizwilson 2

I hook atleast 4 a year that never show themselves, but its obvious what just broke me off. Like MO said, those dang things have taken MANY a bait the past 20 years. Ham 1 TinBoats BassClub. Members Bigfishscott Posted April 22, 2018 Members Posted April 22, 2018 They only seem to take your lures that work the best. The craziest thing that ever happened to me was.. I was throwing a 6xd and bamm!!! Fight was on!! After three big tarpon like jumps!! Snap!!! Gill plates got me again. S%^£!!!!! My best crank bait gone. An hour later on the complete opposite point, up in the air flies this Muskie and out into the water flies my favorite bait!!! It was the danmest thing I’ve ever seen!! nomolites, Royal Blue, Ham and 4 others 7

fishinwrench Posted April 22, 2018 Posted April 22, 2018 I was fishing a little club derby on Pomme years ago and as I was cranking in a 12 incher my partner suddenly says "GOOD GOD!". I looked back and started to say, What? and at that moment a HUGE musky T-boned my little bass and almost jerked the rod out of my hand. From his angle in the back of the boat he had seen it coming but I didn't. It let go of my dink and I let it swim around for a few seconds to see if it would take another swipe at it... but it didn't. (Kinda mean, I know). That's as close as I've ever come to catching a musky. Bigfishscott, Hunter53 and Royal Blue 3
