Wrench should be chiming in soon and at least he fixes boats. Allow me to not disappoint 😊 I can tell by the terminology you're using that you've been jacking with doctors. My advice is to avoid his place of business unless you have a broken bone that needs setting, or a severe laceration that needs to be cleaned and sewn back up. There's nothing at the pharmacy that will do you any good either, so avoid that place unless they throw a sale on band-aids, Tampons, or something like that. Every other ailment you have, or THINK you have can be cured with time, smart exercise, and a balanced diet. The human body has amazing healing powers if you'll just allow it without getting impatient, throwing in the towel and handing over control of your health to some doctor and pharmacist. If doing something hurts....then slow down. If it starts hurting worse then stop for awhile, and when the hurt goes away try again. Eventually you'll be back to normal, or at least as good or better than you will ever be by going to the doctor. People get impatient when they don't feel good. They are in hurry to feel good again and they think doctors and synthetic drugs are the answer. It isn't. It takes time. Sometimes it takes more time than you wish it did, but that's just life. If I had listened to doctors I would have had Knee surgery, shoulder surgery, a double bypass, treating diabetes, and eye surgery. I elected to have NONE OF THAT, and today I am just fine. No pain, strong as I need to be, full erection, and my vision is just fine. So I don't even bother going to them anymore.

Wrench buddy, All I can say is if every survivor did not pursue his or her treatment some of us would be very lonely and broken hearted. Cancer used to be a death sentence for some. With treatment now not so much. Ask a few members on here . David Unnerstall Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 Oneshot, you did ask a serious question and I feel I must offer a serious reply. Exercise is the equalizer. The human body is not meant to be sedentary. But you do appear to be quite active. It is difficult to say you should accelerate the activity level. I get in an hour of strenuous activity every day. Now, Wrench is right. The human body also has an amazing ability to heal, especially if one is living a healthy lifestyle. But there are things that can be fixed and fixed more easily if caught early. The number of things that can be learned from just a little bit of blood is amazing. patfish 1
oneshot Posted May 2, 2018 Author Posted May 2, 2018 Ok years ago I was working in a Seed Plant messing with Grain and Grass Seed all day. My Leg started swelling and I got Ulcerations. They put me on Lasix and spent months clearing up the Ulcerations. Well the Lasix was having a Domino effect on me kept having New Problems. Then I started having Blood Clots so they put me on Blood Thinners. Then got to where I couldn't move. They said I have Degenerative Bone Disease in lower and upper Spine. Doctor told me to drink Whiskey for the pain. I was also dipping SKOAL and smoking 3 packs a day. After awhile was coughing up pieces of my Esophagus. Found I had Barrett's Esophagus. Quit dipping, smoking and alcohol. Was put on Medication. New Doctor was going to take me off the Medication with out checking it. I went to a New Doctor that sent me to a Specialist he said I was very close to having Cancer. Doctor kept me on the Medication. After awhile asked the Doctor about just doing away with Salt. She said we'll try it. Swelling stayed down I'm my Leg, she took me off about 20 Medications. I was out hunting started having troubles found I had Blood Clots after awhile they took me off Blood Thinners couple months later had Blood Clots again. So they put me back on Blood Thinners. Right now I'm seeing a New Doctor. He says Blood Work come back everything is perfect Cholesterol,Oxygen Level, Heart Rate and Blood Pressure is good. But I do have this Arthritis. Just went to a Specialist and his concerned about my Throat. oneshot
fishinwrench Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 😊 Everyone has their own story to tell. My dad seeked his treatment and he would probably still be here today had he not. It's a gamble. I am actually overcome with turkey wings now. Appreciate you holding some for me though. Tie yourself some original Muddlers. 😊

BilletHead Not really, but I sure do appreciate it. I told you and another guy that I was wanting some and he and his boy both killed one and brought me both set of wings. 😊 Probably last me the rest of my life. It was his boys first gobbler, so I am tying him up a few Muddlers in a shadow box (since they don't flyfish). The 5th thru the 7th feathers on each side seem perfect for Muddlers wings.
