Last night I was thinking do 3 more hours a week in the Gym, Stepper and Weights would be nice.

This morning I wake up I can't hardly move. My wife said that I'm doing plenty as is in the Gym I do anymore it will put me completely down.

Buy that girl a mountain bike.  Most enjoyable excersise there is.

Well got up early thinking of picking Strawberries and mowing grass.

Well my Back feels like the Disk have pulled apart, my Hips feel like they pulled out and my feet hurt.

So Gym is out tomorrow. My wife picked a Gallon of Strawberries and said she will mow grass when she gets home.

Been going to the Gym for 4 years. Half the time is in the Pool other half working out. Got a nice Indoor Pool.

Too many Leaves on the Trees, now is Garden and Lawn.

Today we was to get 3 Pickup Loads of Bottle Water for the Church for 4th July but that is out unless my wife can find help.

My wife is wanting to hire Contractors to do bunch of work on the House. Oh my wife locked in on 800 gallons of Propane for next Winter.

10-4 I did that.  It's in the basement.:angry:  I put over 2500 mile on mine in 2016.

It was taking too long so now I just ride hills and cut my rides down to 40 minutes.  Except the weekend when we go to different trails and locations.  Usually put 40 miles on in a weekend.  Bes thing that ever happened to me.

When I was doing the Stepper I was doing 24 miles a week, Level 5 Resistance. Watch T.V. or listen to Music.
