OK, looks like the weekend of December 8th is the one that works best.  Will plan on renting a lodge or two starting Thursday night the 6th through Saturday night the 8th.

So who is coming and who needs lodging?  Need to get that figured out fairly quickly so we can make reservations at Riley's.

I'm coming Thursday and will be leaving Sunday as well!  Can't wait.   If yee haw means Riley's then that's where I want to be staying lol.

I’ll sleep at home, but I hope to be involved Thursday through Sunday.

Always wanted to fish the white.  I would like to go if my schedule works which i can nail down in a week.  I would be a first timer.  What do i need to know/ bring? I have a 60/40 jet motor boat.  Are there any hp restrictions? Power at lodge to charge batteries?

The lures I make are much too large to interest you folks, but that is an interesting part of the river. For several years in the late 80's - early 90's, back when Rim Shoals resort was less than wonderful, our group stayed there and fished from there down to Buffalo Shoals. I had more than one good day between Ranchette and the Shoals. Enjoy yourselves!

Sounds like your boat would work fine, as far as I know there aren't any HP restrictions.  There's power at the lodge, might need a long extension cord.

We'll get a food thread going in a bit, as far as who is bringing what for food items.

Are you familiar with the chain dragging deal on the White to slow your boats drift down?
