If all he has to do is stand in the pocket like this weekend he should be fine.

I think Chris Jones and Dee ford will have something to say about that.

They absolutely spanked the Chargers, the team that has the best quarterback to never play in the Superbowl, Phillip Rivers! It should be a good game next weekend. In fact I think that both games could be good games to watch😁.

Rivers stunk, seemed like he was throwing half his passes off his back foot.

And to think the Chargers let Brees walk as a free agent and anointed Rivers as their starter.  Rivers has had a good career, but you have to wonder how the Chargers would've done if they kept Brees.

Looking forward to the game next week, man does it look to be cold next weekend in KC!

Or how horrible his career would have been if he would have stayed a Charger.

Somewhere there is a video of Rivers on the sidelines at KC mouthing the words "Worst day ever". One of my favorite moments of the NFL.

I wish I could lose like he does.

Philip Rivers signed a 4 year, $83,250,000 contract with the San Diego Chargers, including a $22,500,000 signing bonus, $65,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $20,812,500. In 2018, Rivers will earn a base salary of $10,000,000 and a roster bonus of $5,000,000, while carrying a cap hit of $22,000,000 and a dead cap value of $19,000,000.
