Nope but fortunately I took notes, learned a great deal, the notes are to look up reading on different aspects brought up... that’s what I do, watching those America has talent type tv shows isn’t my thing...

I took notes on Ted's claims, and from what I could find out everything he said was accurate.   Can anyone point out something he said that was untrue ?

The biologist's statements are a little harder to disprove, and I may not be able to.   Except for the thing he said about prions existing on a leaf for decades.....cuz a biologist of all people should know that no leaf lasts for decades.  🙄

If you watch the podcast it answers that....the protein become PART of the plants structure

not like deer pee just on a leaf, scared to think of those implications...much more study is needed 

take the 2 hours and it might enlighten you on your the subject

So a deer pisses on a plant, and from that point on every plant pollenated and seed germinated from that plant is infectious ?

That’s not what was said, you do understand some plants evern herbaceous species can live decades even 100’s of years?

its unclear if those proteins get passed on in sexual reproduction, but certainly via self reproduction (like suckering from roots in plants like sassafras or paw paw)...the implication is that it could make into wheat or corn from deer shedding proteins ( pee poop etc) or by man like bones dumped on a dead pile on uncle willies back 40 it is speculated that man was possibly  responcable for spreading CWD to new areas

Yeah I understand that a single plant can keep coming up every year.  Tulips and the like.   

What I am questioning is how something simply sprinkled onto the plant can become part of the plants molecular structure.   And if it can then it would inevitably get passed on through pollenation .... would it not, and if not HOW NOT ???

See that's the thing with MOST biologist's and the crap they pull.  They are not looking for actual answers, they are only looking for reasons to convince people to further their studies and justify their phoney baloney jobs.     

Biologist's have done great things in the past, and I'm sure they'll probably do great things in the future.... but in the meantime we get fed heaps and bundles of mind numbing bullcrap for the sole reason of them creating things to do in order to stay employed by their agencies.   In a few short years there will be no more talk of CWD, and it will be something else.   Will they have cured it?  No.  Would it have ever become a deadly terrible thing? Probably not.   So what did we get for our money, other than something to argue on here about?

Those nutty biologists are responsible for bring back deer and turkey in Missouri as well as other critters, do I think sometimes the sky is falling mentality is vested interest driven, yet in this case I feel it’s warented, science can be about probabilities right now the odds of you dieing from eating deer is extremely low, but it’s not zero, deer in CWD areas are growing in individuals say 1 in 1000 grows to 10 , so far the infection rates are exponential and it can persist in the habitat for decades, we don’t know if CWD crosses in to humans could have a incubation period of decades, so we should collect data... so far CWD has grown and spread....

like I said watch the pod cast and stop cherry picking factoids, if you are confused or don’t understand google it, you lack of faith in science will change exp when need that DR in hospital 😬

I listened to the whole thing the day it was first uploaded to YT last Summer.
