Flyfished yesterday.  Visited 2 ponds.
Pond #1:
I didn't catch anything.

Pond #2:
Caught at least 15 bass (none over maybe 14"), lots of Bluegills, 1 Hybrid Sunfish, 3 Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and 3 Crappies.

That would be a good guess, based on the mowed bluegrass in the background.  Close! This fish was caught in a public pond at a city park.

Yep, I was asking of it was a fertilizer bass.  I've snuck into may courses to fish.  Some of my best fishing has come from gold courses.  No harm in that. Nice!!

That is interesting.  It would be really fun to fish those, if they don't see many anglers.  To avoid getting pelted with golf balls, do you go at night or on rainy days?  Or off-season only?

They've really clamped down around here.  I used to go all the time and only occasionally would be "asked" to leave.:)  Now you won't get two steps onto the courses without being run off.  It's better if you know the greens keeper.  I've been kicked out of many courses.  Never really worried about getting hit.

The hybrid is beautiful.
