Terrierman Posted October 26, 2019 Posted October 26, 2019 I think Lane is bringing bison burger to make the chili for chili dogs Saturday night. So think buffalo chili dogs. BTW the dogs will not be Hormel. Or Tyson..... Quillback, N9BOW and Johnsfolly 3
Terrierman Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Plus now I have the Griz Wilson Chili Superiore' recipe. It's one I won't try to improve upon. N9BOW, WoundedOne, Johnsfolly and 1 other 4
gotmuddy Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 Ill make some of my now famous smoked mac and cheese thursday night, my even more famous red snapper ceviche friday night, and bring fritos/crackers/sour cream/cheese for the chili saturday night. Does vodka count as food? Asking for a friend Terrierman, WoundedOne, N9BOW and 2 others 4 1 everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
WoundedOne Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 It looks like a good weekend to smoke some cheese!! If anybody wants to put in a order can smoke it at the the same time i do mine, hickory smoked sharp cheddar.I think it comes in 2 or 2.5 lbs. i usually quarter it up and vacuum seal packages. It will cost you the price of cheese. Let me know if anybody is interested. I may do some in a Maple, Hickory and Cherry blend. I can probably do up to 24 lbs on first run with just a Hickory. Then will do a M,H,C blend. P.M me with order. Cant wait for JigFest 2019 Daryk Campbell Sr, Quillback, Terrierman and 2 others 5

N9BOW Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 After Last months trip down to Mtn Home I had to take the Jeep into the shop! I just upgraded (accelerated the timeline) the Jeeps capabilities for some 4x4 playing after my brakes informed me it was time for replacement. grinding metal is not a pleasant sound. So, I just had a new big break kit all the way around which should help stop this heavy beast a bit better especially when I get the 37" tires and rims on (next upgrade) but i also had 5.13 gears installed and Adams front and Rear Drive Shafts installed. With that said, this is awfully close to to the 500+ mile trip next week. Just giving a heads up that should anything go wrong with my break-in over this next week or Heaven forbid on the way down, I could be sidelined temporarily for Wednesdays arrival and Thursdays smoke fest at my place all day. (I doubt it as I'll just get a rental car if it gets ugly). If the worst case should happen you might be eating the pulled pork from KT's from Gassville and if the SHTF I may need somone to pick it up. Eric Daryk Campbell Sr and Terrierman 2
