Buying Dirk's Jigs

I am almost out Dirk's Jigs. If anyone has any that they are willing to sell I'm looking to buy a whole bunch but will buy however many you've got and pay a good price. I might consider buying some small jig heads and tying my own if anyone had any small jig heads with weed guards that they are willing to part with. I've attached a picture below of what the jig looks like. Thanks guys!!!

So is it the hook, the head shape, or the sparse skirt that turns you on ?

Jigs are extremely easy to modify, so I'm at a loss as to why guys are gladly paying 5-6 bucks apiece for them.

Mostly the hook but also the skirt and bait keeper. This particular hook I have found works really well.

My buddy Paul or MOSmallies on here ties some for me very similar to the Dirks but a little different.... the hook ain’t the same but, Paul’s jig works better than a Dirks and I usually put a 3.75 Tackle HD craw on it. This combo is friggin lights out once the water temps go below 52 😜

Im not trying to push anything here just informing hahaha and I’ll get you a pick of just the jig Dave.

Dirks is a good jig but there are options out there for sure

There are some hella good bait makers on here. slothman and fishndoug are among those I'd highly recommend.   If the order was big enough to make it worth their while I'm sure they could take care of a custom order, and you'd be pleased.

Nutech is about all i use anymore. Yeah they are about $5 a pop but they are so hard to lose.  Ill go through 5 pigstickers to 1 Nutech.

The ones I make sell for $3 per jig typically. A little more if you want a rattle. 

 

Those tackle hd jigs in the picture are pretty sexy. I like how you marked the black lines on there. I think I’m gonna need to try that myself. What color is that Craw?

I highlighted those craws with a Black and Orange Sharpie hahaha

The color is a new one Tackle HD came out with..... GP/Blue

I am not in the tackle selling business anymore but, I make stuff for myself all the time but, my tackle is for catching big fish that’s about it hahaha
