Meanmouth Smallie debate

A lot of the meanmouth I've seen or caught have been more greenish in color with both spot/largemouth and small mouth markings.  That one looks like it's all brown and small mouth to me.

All valid points. The jaw looks like it extends past the eye and the coloration is why I thought it was a mean mouth

Meanmouth, use future fish taco instead. Hate those fricking hybrids. Both of those look like grandmother smallmouth. Nice catches!

Look like lake Smallmouth stressed in a live well for awhile. Nice ones. Hope you ate them. Guessing one bottom right might go 18".

Caught this one on LOZ today.  PIc doesnt show it well but the tail was almost jet black, reddish eyes.

Why is everyone on this Meanmouth kick all of a sudden ?

Ever since Thanksgiving it seems that Facebook and all the forums have been ablaze with talk of Meanmouth bass and pics of Kentucky mutts.
