Mitch f Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 There are so many things to consider when trying to catch fish. I hear people say it’s all about time on the water. I disagree with that. There are a lot of people who’ve spent more time on the water than Jacob and Bryan, but they don’t end up in the top ten consistently like these two do. I read once that Thrift studies hard before a tournament on what has been catching fish at the lake, then he does the exact opposite. I really believe you have to think outside the box. merc1997 Bo 1 "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor

The graphing is getting OUT OF HAND. How does the new stick join the ranks of professional bass fishing? Great sponsors or deep pockets!I'm not sure if you guys heard about Cody Huff from Ava, MO., spanking the big boys with a jigging spoon on Toledo Bend. https://www.wired2fish.com/news/cody-huff-wins-2020-toyota-series-on-toledo-bend/

Graphs did help him find those fish, but he had to know when it was right to go back and try to make them bite. He said he couldn't catch them prior to that point. There's some truth to that, but if the other guy has the stuff to find them and you don't, you're going to be at a disadvantage. If this Livescope is as good as advertised, not only can you find the fish, but you can find the right fish. Garmin has to be loving this. abkeenan and magicwormman 2

I have been trying to avoid the reality of that. But everyone that I have met that has one. Just is absolutely thrilled with it. Right now I am trying to talk the misses into a boat upgrade. If that fails, the live scope could be a consultation prize. lol magicwormman 1 Luck is where preparation meets opportunity...... Or you could just flip a coin???

Wife: "Honey, so do I, but you really don't need one, you have a perfectly good boat now." You: "Well I could probably get by if I just had one of those Livescope things." (Said while shedding a few fake tears). Wife: "Oh, I can't stand to see you suffer, we'll get you that Livescope thing." liphunter, snagged in outlet 3, abkeenan and 2 others 2 3
