Did someone say banana bread??  😁

Eww! 🤮 Ruined myself early in life on that stuff.

At 14 years old I stole 2 bottles of Cold Duck champagne from my parents liquor cabinet.  Went off into the woods and got shitfaced on a SCHOOL NIGHT.     Crept quietly back into the house and grabbed the only QUIET thing I could find to eat on the way to my bedroom....a big hunk of banana bread.  Sat on the edge of my bed and devoured the whole thing....and passed out.   Woke up 2 hours later, on the verge of heaving my guts out.    Hung my head out my bedroom window and puked about 16 times.

The next thing I remember, my dad is pounding on my bedroom door telling me it's time to get up and get ready for school.    I told him I was sick as hell, he took one look at me and started reaming myass for smoking dope.   I admitted to smoking dope, even though I hadn't been..... because if he had known I stole liquor from the house he would have BillyJack kicked me upside the head.

He let me stay home from school, but he gave me a LARGE list of things that had better be done....and done right.... before he got home from work.

I've never been able to eat banana bread since.  I don't even like to see or smell it.

I was up north this past Monday and FG had pumps running hard. I dont know how fast it will fill but they look like they need a bunch more.  GP hardly had any water.

I saw they had problems with the new pump house construction and repairs on the old one FG.  Said pumping would be "greatly delayed" on the west side units.

@Old dog 417 old info from mdc (10/16) "Draw Units 1andUnit1 – river too low to pump and lake low; limited positions likely Draw Unit 2 – Normal still able to pump; may be lower than normal at start Open Units 3 and 4 – Dry. Dependent on river rise"

Who shot the coot? Could have at least tried to hide it!

Oh no, the ivory billed whistler is the true trophy of every hunt!

We always shoot coots if they get close. They actually taste darn good. In fact, taste better than any diver.
