Redfish for my sons birthday

Visiting my daughter in Charleston SC over the thanksgiving week my son and decided to try out this redfish thing, it’s also his birthday today!  We had a blast catching them on live bait with a floater rig and a white swim bait with a big eye jig head.  Caught some speckled trout to and took enough home for supper, they were excellent tablefare!  
Harvest is over and once everything is winterized and put up for the winter it’s time to start fishing more!

Man that's awesome!  Tell him happy birthday too.  Those reds and specks put up a great fight for sure.  Have a great rest of the trip, and we'll see ya in 2 weeks!
