Sound like great spinnerbait rods.

I went through a phase of wanting faster and faster graphite rods. At some point, I got over that mostly because those rods don’t seem to cast as well. The slower graphite loads and throws better for me. Maybe if I were more skilled, I could cast with the fastest graphite rods.

anyway, as I’ve gotten older and slower, I like fishing rods that are slower too.

I fished the All Star's almost exclusively for quite a while ( I think there were a few Lake King's mixed in if I remember right - used to get those at Frank Fensom's place in Raytown) and really liked them.

I particularly remember a Zell Rowland topwater model that I thought was a great rod for Spooks.

Miss those days.....😐

I think Super Dave has like 10 of the TWS rods. He taunts he on the reg about them.

I broke my TWS on a Hybrid Striper in heavy current fishing with Richard Button. He put me a World of fish and was so Happy to see me catch them.

Yes, the Zell rod was one of their best sticks.

Not sure I have ten Zell rods, but I know I easily have half that many.
