I crossed the James on the way south, up and muddy.  I swung by Cape Fair on the way back from getting a couple of rods from Ken.  Rolling mud with debris in the James and pretty dingy in the Flat.  I believe that I will go north for a while as I have never been able to catch fish in cold muddy water.

Thank You for buying a couple of my GLoomis rods! Now, when they put me in the ground I won't have to worry that my wife will sell them for what I told her I paid for them!

Anybody know if it's still muddy around Bridgeport?

I am down from Bridgeport about a mile and it’s pretty muddy in front of my house as of last night. Not sure what Bridgeport looks like but my experience is it will be much the same as my house.
