You think that lady was nastier than any bird, possum, fly or bug ?    Oh I'm sure that because it was a critter from YOUR YARD then it was a very CLEAN critter.  🙄

That's all in your head.

Anything sprayed on produce costs money, and people growing things for profit don't just spray chemicals needlessly....it would cut into their profit.    Plus it is approved by the FDA just like your Covid vaccine that you were so anxious to get injected into your body.

You're nuttier than a squirrel turd, Ol'man.  😅

Wash the veggies off before you put them in your mouth!   Didn't your mama teach you that? 😊

I think you should sit down Glen and light you up a smoke and do some light reading. Thank a scientist after reading this: This is just a bit of a world of information available out there on the subject. I may be an old man and nuttier than a squirrel turd but I do remember living in one of the states that is a mega producer of fresh veggies sold at your local piggily wiggly or super mart. Talk about spraying from crop duster and wheeled sprayers. Ah yes the perfect tomato. Bred for best growth, size, big producers on and on. Bred out of these are ugly homegrown tasty fruits. Mass produced are picked green weeks before ripening and taste like crap. This stuff that are put now in these tasteless fruits are put in the irrigation system. You know it is really hard to wash off what is in the inside of the tomato. It's not just tomatoes it is all commercial grown veggies. Thank a scientist :) . Read on my friend and take another drag off that smoke, Tomatoes PDF (ucdavis.edu)

Then read this crap used in tobacco growth. I read everything likes the tobacco plant and it has to have much control to grow and produce a good profit.

Microsoft Word - ENT-15 Tobacco.doc (uky.edu)    Fungicide Spray Schedule for Tobacco Transplant Production | Kentucky Pest News (wordpress.com)

I thing you should grow your own? Maybe you do? Then before the tobacco goes out to the consumer other chemicals are added to it. Oh yea thank a scientist :) .

I will continue to grow my own veggies as best I can. Spend a bit extra I am sure and get some exercise while I am at it.   I love my ugly non perfect tasty tomatoes to eat in season. Dehydrate and or can for later.

No question home grown is better, no contest.  Can my own in glass and you can’t find that quality in any store I’m aware of - or if you can someone did it just like me and it will cost you an arm and a leg.  I have simplified over the years, but don’t intent to stop as long as I’m still physically capable.

Your SCIENTIST'S are the ones creating all the crap that you claim is ruining all the vegetables.  So what are you thanking them for?  🤔

We try to buy most of our veggies from local farm markets, and the Amish.   Always tastes just as good or better than anything I can grow in my outboard oil/gear lube tainted soil.

Where did you see where I said I thanked a scientist other than for my Covid shot?

Does "all season" mean.....from late June until mid-October ?

How do you keep lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and squash fresh for more than a week?

Its small enough that it usually just keeps us and a few grandkids going. Salads will be here first of May.  Freeze peppers, beans.

I thanked the scientist for the covid vaccine only.  The rest was intended for you, directed at you since you are so happy with your store green picked tomatoes and your smokes that are protecting you from the Covid. All are growing well and satisfying your nicotine urges.   Did you read in my post to you for you to thank a scientist ?
