I was going to head down there today, too. Saw Weaver's post on Facebook and immediately that thought left me.

Looked at the trout cam earlier. Water appeared to be about half way up the spillway.

Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the water. Creek is on the rise again, rivers are up , and sounds like flood gates may be opening soon at my favorite tailwater. I think i'll go to Texas and watch the egrets migrate.

I had to cancel my planned trip out to MO/AR this week due to this high water. All the creeks and rivers that I wanted to fish are running high. Some up to 10 feet above normal for this time of year :slow:. I had planned a couple of trips out that way to catch those common species that I can't find out this way. Now I am getting crunched into a possible run and gun trip to hit all those spots in May/June instead of a couple of more relaxing trips.

I have one tree where I like to fish. Hope it gets washed on down.

Been awhile but I have seen it above 64 HWY bridge.

Saw it up to goodwin hollow bridge on 64 once. . . but never up to the highway bridge below Bennett. That would be insane to see.
