I like bass boats that sit down flat and level.   They aren't as fast, and don't take rough water quite as well as some, but IMO they are way better to fish from.   

I lost my need for speed, and desire to navigate rough water, about 25 years ago.

yeah its a bumpy ride probably even worse than my tracker 175. But once you put the troller down it is flat as can be and fishes great. I dont have a whole lot to compare it to, never been in anything bigger, I guess i dont have the right friends.   Today was my first day out with the Garmin troller its a badass.  So smooth and quiet. it will take some getting used to, the pedal seems so flemsy and the button is on the wrong side from my motorguide.  Thats just a me problem ill get used to it quick
