Fished PT 5 to the dam all day.  Caught 2 solid keepers running the shallow pattern as a few weeks ago.  Did manage 6 keeper bites.  3 of them loaded up good and started cranking them in and they pulled off.  Had one all the way to the boat and went to swing it bounced it off the side of the boat.  2 other decent bites nothing but air.  15lbs won the club tournament.  Fishrman won big fish with a 5.35.  WT:  74-75.

It was a very hard 8 hours.   I had 7 bites all day as well.   Fished shallow all day all the ones I caught were on spinner.  She was probably in 10 inches of water on a lay down.   Pulled that spinner over it and here she came.   WT was 74 most everywhere I fished.   I fished from cow to aunts.  Just a hard old day.

I can drive it right into the ditch anytime Mr. Babler. It happens to me all the time fishing this way. You see the fish but can’t get them to react. However when it goes right no one can touch you. Fishing is a fun game.

You guys are embarrassing me, I fished the other end of the lake this morning for half a dozen dinks.

I fished the same end and 6 dinks isn’t that embarrassing….

It appears October is a tough time to catch fish at Table Rock Lake. A few dinks here and there and maybe a few keepers mixed in. But we keep going because we love it!

I'm with ya. One day last week there were fish in every shad ball I tried. 2 days later could not catch a cold in a snow storm.

Pulled back in a major creek and huge balls were everywhere. 2 days later same weather pattern same surface temps nothing had changed. No shad and worse yet, no fish.

Simply unbelievable
