Looks like Brett will be coming with his fryer and flathead.  I will bring the oil.  I propose Friday to be fish fry night.  If Brett needs more fish, I might bring some locally caught bass fillets, and maybe some Beaver lake spotted bass fillets.  Seems like Brett always fries some taters and onions too, I don't remember if he brings that or it someone else does.

I also plan to bring paper plates, cups, and utensils.  I will bring ketchup also.

Coffee - I am going to stay in the A-frame and there will be coffee there in the early morning.  For those that are staying in the other lodges, you are welcome to come over to the A-frame, or you can bring some coffee and make it at your place.

Breakfast - I plan on bringing some granola bars and possibly some Hostess doughnuts, ya'll might want to think about bringing your own favorites.

Lunch - Usually no one is around for lunch, but someone should bring bread and lunchmeat for those that want to pack a lunch.

So we'll need ideas/food for Thursday night and Saturday night.

Beverages - Bring your own, but certainly would be good if someone brings some bottled water and some assorted sodas.

Also need a bunch of trash bags.

Does anyone know if there is a functioning dishwasher in the River Villa?

Somehow I managed to post this on last years thread... Thanks Daryk!

"Anyone" wanting to eat/cook/chillax (before after fishing ) on Wed, Thursday or even Friday before everyone congregates at the lodge.... if you are so inclined - Mi Casa Su Casa.

Ping me if interested.
Just let me know!

BTW - I'll be smoking Boston Butt again (need a number of people depending on when you want Pulled Pork, so I can get the appropriate poundage's) and.... I have a new crock pot favorite which I will debut if any wants to subject themselves to being a taste tester :P - ssshhhhH! its a secret..... it includes chicken and an amazing Zuccini relish in the mix.... I did the whole Ratatouille experiment the other day and it was worthy of JigFest patrons.......feedback will be appreciated! Promise not  to poison you!

I will arrive Thursday, possibly with DJ's crew.   I will bring toasted Ravioli, and a second fryer, along with oil.   Anyone is welcome to use it.

I will bring desserts and some muffins and stuff for breakfast.  I'll bring a cheesecake again unless there's any other requests?   I usually bring a case or two of water and some yuengling.

I've joined Les with my French press so I'll be making coffee... albeit slowly and not to his abilities lol.

I can pitch in wherever else we need too.

It looks like friday/saturday dinner is under control, so I am going to bring a bunch of appetizers.  Smoked kingfish dip, smoked wings(friday), maybe some amberjack ceviche if we think we can get it all ate?  Maybe some boudin dip too.

You know it will all disappear.  Can't wait to try that smoked kingfish dip.  Are you bringing chips or should we seek someone to volunteer?   Doritos type chips for the ceviche, what type for the smoked kingfish?

So is that what we have:

Friday fish fry - Need to know from Brett if he has enough fish.  Also someone needs to bring frying taters and onions.

Saturday - Erik's BBQ and rat-tooie.  Someone want to volunteer to bring buns?  Do we need more stuff for Friday?

Thursday - Probably won't be a full crew, maybe a dogs and burger night?  I have a little charcoal grill that will do about 6 burgers at a time.

Another option for Thursday is to head over to KT's BBQ - I have eaten there a couple of times and it is pretty darn good.  They close at 7 PM however.

I will bring crackers for both.  Wheat thins are great for both of them IMO.

Save yourself the trouble because they have grills there.  I intend to use their grill for the wings.
