Bill Babler Posted December 2, 2021 Posted December 2, 2021 It's over, the polygraph is not legal in court but it is as far as the contract you sign in a fishing tournament. You sign and fish agreeing to take a polygraph and abide by the results. You don't sign the contract to take it you don't fish. Also heard that at least three of the teams fessed up. Totally don't know this to be factual but one team had on the water help thru the use of a cell phone, another team help thru on the water consultation and another team using shiners. The latter team had also qualified thru the Bull Shoals qualifer. Didn't mean to screw up your thread Bobby. Sorry http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

A "polygraph examination" is actually a psychological brain-tease. If you refuse to answer any pertinent questions before/or immediately after the actual "procedure" you'll never "fail a polygraph test'. A polygraph test cannot be failed, because there's no such thing as a Lie Detector. It's what you say before the phoney sensors are hooked up, and after they are taken off that cause you to "fail". I can actually perform an effective Polygraph test with a spoon and a piece of string. 😊

Shiners, good grief! Must be the reason for the long delay in posting the results, have to weed out all the cheating. If the rumors on all this cheating are correct it has me wondering if they'll do this thing again.

Seems odd to me that the local team that was DQ’ed just happens to be the related to the “hottest” team fisherman/ tournament angler in the region . Not saying that he’s not 💯% legal and ethical . It just seems a bit unreal to me that he never has an off day . Just wins them all . But who knows

Not a good look at all for this guy. The locals were not the shiner team. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
