They are getting smaller, deeper, and harder to find.  We struggled Thursday morning.  We hit places that have been giving up fish.  Very few would play.  Some were as deep as 20’.  None were shallow even though the surface temp was a tad warmer (56°).

We couldn’t get them to eat anything but a Zero.  Coppertruse and purple haze were the best colors.  We wound up catching 14 with only 2 keepers.  We are catching a few smallmouth which is very unusual for me in this part of the lake.

Cape Fair?  Isn't that Table Rock?

I haven’t been to Stockton in about a month.  Cape is a lot closer than Stockton and I can pick up my son in law on the way.  Stockton tends to kick my butt in the winter.  I’m hoping Mega Live will change that.

I plan to return tomorrow if today’s wood splitting doesn’t do a number on my back.

Stockton gave up a few yesterday. Last pile that I hit was a winner. Deep and down in the pile. A few on the drop shot tiny fluke, and a few more on a bone colored baby shad. Only one short. Left them biting, it was getting dark.

The angled line on the graph is my jig falling into the pile.

I that on regular sonar or live scope?

Btw:  I just noticed what forum I put this in.  Sorry

Just 2D. I sold my Livescope.

Any graph will do it. Turn up the scroll speed and sensitivity. 1/16 oz shows up no problem.
