Not there at right time and the rite times only lasted a day or two that I know of. Rain and high muddy water. Kinda squashes the old "length of daylight" theory. But, the dogwoods went from flowers to leaves in a few days instead of weeks this year. Back in the day, Spring Woods were full of redbuds and dogwoods blooming out before everything else really greened up and stood out like sore thumbs on hillsides.
