Canning Shrimp Boil?

My wife had a Shrimp Boil.

Had bunch left over can it be Canned?

Anything could be canned, just don't know what it will be like opened up again.  I would have frozen in ziploc bag.

We're trying to Can up considerable amount of stuff for when we don't have Electric. 

We have 3 Freezers but their worthless without electricity.

There is such a thing as a standby generator.  The automatic propane fired Generac being the best but also most expensive.  For a man of your means though, that's a low bar.

Its possible but I suspect the texture of the shrimp will be horrible.

From what I understand we won't be able to get Gas or Propane. 

I have a Full House Generator but it runs on Propane.

Sounds to me like you're a prime candidate for hybrid wind/solar system with a good battery backup.  That's how you live off the grid.  Your main problem then will be how to deal with the NRO crowd that wants your stuff.
