That'd be an ignorant choice on your part, amigo.    I may be hard for you to take, but at least I don't chew on extension cords and $#!t on the floor.

Oh yeah it's nice......until you get overwhelmed with cleaning up goose/duck poop and unending dock maintenance.     Then you start looking for a place that's "second tier".  

Been there/done that !   

Grass grows faster lakeside as well.   You'll be mowing/weed eating twice a week.

Well our place on Truman Lake is nice. We can look down the hill at the lake. 

We drive couple miles to fishing holes.

I thought I'd get a better argument than that.  Something about you being a charming conversationalist and a good cook and someone who will support me in my dotage.  You know, something more convincing.🤪

While I am fairly certain the FW wouldn't crap on the floors (maybe in a 5 gallon bucket on the porch if necessary), but I certainly wouldn't bet any money on him not chewing up cords or furniture.  But that is what shock collars and flip flops are for.

I do refuse to take my shoes off at the door.  I like a tidy home.... But I  can't feel comfortable living in a house that is THAT clean.

I always think the inside of my shoes is cleaner than that floor. Probably aren't, but, tell that to my feet; if they are going to be naked they want it to be in mud.
