One of those grey, drizzly days where the temp didn't change much.  55 when I launched and 57 when I left at 1230.

Found some deep fish, not bunches but at the end of the day, I had 19 bass and a big crappie.  Biggest bass was a 16 inch LM.  Had some good near keeper sized spots, but none hit that 15" mark.  Drop shot with a Thin Senko caught the most, with a few on the 3.3 Keitech.  best depth zone was 25-30 feet.

I banged the bank for a bit with jig and crank, but caught only one 13" spot on the bank.

Not many people out there today, saw 4 or 6 bass boats and zero rec boats.

Sounds like a great day.  What a crappie!

I'm still off the water trying to replace my totaled truck and boat trailer in shop so must fish vicariously through the posts.

I guess they had some big crappie tournament down there recently. A Wally Marshall deal. Not sure why they chose TR but supposedly Marshall wanted it there to test their abilities. Havent heard any results.
