Every Sheriffs department in the state does a free security check on residential or commercial properties if asked. Once every 24 hour period.  Typically it is for a short period of time, but if you leave to Florida for 3 months in the winter, and request a security check, it will last 3 months. 
 

They are supposed to actually get out and walk the property, but depending on the weather, some just do it from their seat.

Very. One of my morning rituals is to figure out what he has said. Sad thing is, is that after i have spent 30 minutes reading it, my better half keeps saying “what are you saying” and “that doesn’t even make sense” when trying to talk to her about something.

I thought more with my Throat problem but they checked it out and said it is healed. 

At one time I was spitting up bloody pieces of my Esophagus. But I was dipping SKAOL and drinking heavy. 

This I was wanting to try because it was to be good. 

I only drink maybe once a year.

Around here the off duty (and previously fired) cops have "security companies", and I'm pretty sure if you requested occasional "check-on's" the department would refer you to one of them.

We usually have friends keep an eye on our place. 

Asked the Post Office to hold our mail but they didn't. 

I like the fact we get notice on our phones if someone is around. 

Got Security at our Cabin.  They called because a Boat was there. I told them if it isn't there let me know. LOL

         Every year I would ask for a check a couple times while we did our Western fishing junket trip. I did have trail cams out. nothing but neighbors picking in the garden photos. then I ran into our Sheriff and told him I had asked and seen nothing. The next year I had three checks in two weeks at night.
