I bought some and have them in my boat.  They are on pedestals on raised decks.  Is there any trailering concern if I leave them on the pedestals or should I remove the pedestals and put them on the deck before trailering?

I have done both. Since I have one set that go in my jet and prop boats, I pull pedestal with seat attached and turn upside down and put in back of truck tight against bed.

I don't own any, but @gotmuddy does. His are on pedestal feet (chairs) not anchored. I left my phone on the seat while folded. The chair was not strapped down as we weren't going far. We were on a curvy road, with decent hills on the eleven point river. My phone on the seat was still there when we reached the destination. I was very impressed and surprised, because I didn't realize it was not with me till I found it.

Phones don't work well in those hills anyway.  Only good for a pic.

Dutch I don't think you will have issue trailering just use the snap that holds the back down to seat

I have them on my boat. I never remove them and just fold them down and turn them so the wind keeps them closed. Haven’t had any issues in 2 years fishing at least 2 to 3 times a week. Figured if they don’t blow off on the lake driving the boat they won’t being hauled either.

They look like comfortable seats, what do you think of them Dutch as far as comfort?

I have only been in them for a day with a friend.  At the end of the day I didn’t have a back ache from fishing for the first time in over twenty years.

Mine are on spider stands, I just fold them down. they never try to fold up or anything.  IMO for the money they absolutely cannot be beat.  I use one in my kayak and can fish all day in comfort.

everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
