Members T.J. Clarke
Several Christmases ago we did a blind taste test at our party of every honey whiskey on the market. We also included Drambuie even though it is from Scotland. The winner was Drambuie, with American Honey #2. Surprised most of us. I believer Drambuie is the second oldest liquor recipe in the world, with "Liquor 43" being the oldest. Daryk Campbell Sr and nomolites

Good stuff, but just too expensive nowadays. 18 hours ago, ness said: After the Yukon Jack party of ‘81, I swore off sweetened whiskey for life 😀 BTDT. Lol! Used to be I couldn't slide down a mountainside with boards strapped to my feet unless I had a fifth of Yukon Jack in my day pack. Had to step away from them sweet whiskies though, after a particularly rough SoCo bender.
oneshot 1
Me I was reading up on Bourbon and decided to try different ones. Tried Makers Mark, it was OK. My wife had one of those dollar bottles of American Honey. I drank it and told her I liked it and was going to get a bigger bottle. oneshot
