I hadn't heard of it being shut down. Heck they still had it in 2020 when Covid had the world shutdown.

Look back in the late '80's early '90's.  I'm too lazy to even google it.

Well I find they are still having it.

Truth only thing that might take me there now is if we could rent a place and find a place to Catfish in the river.

There's a river access at Portland (right off 94) that has 2 wing dikes that you can walk out on.   I've caught some nice channel cat there fishing Sonny's dip bait around the current breaks of the dikes.

As a bonus, that little shythole bar there in Portland makes a really good Ruben sandwich.   👍

The only other place worth mentioning is where the Loutre river meets the big Mo.   But unless you're happy with catching/snagging Asian carp I wouldn't waste my time there.

Don't know I might have problems walking on the rocks on Wing Dikes.

Oh I like Rubens that is what I order in Lead Mine.

Thought about buying a Stepper like I used in the Gym but don't know where I could put it. Lost 63 pounds so far and working with Dumbells.

One of those shirts was made to commemorate our graduating class from HS. It was 1984 the year of the keg (a standard keg holds 15.5 gallons or 1984 oz). We confirmed that a lot during that school year😉

I bet I have some food in the fridge older than Seth.  Which reminds me, time to do an expiration date check on that stuff.

Just did the expiry check when I was stuck at home Tuesday. When I was done, the canned cabinet was down to a lone can of chicken noodle... and it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get to the store for maybe a couple more days. Fixed a can of chunky sirloin that was 2 months past due. I'm still here, so I guess it was OK.

I can't dance like I used to.
