You forget the book of soggy matches, 14 pairs of old dull rusty fingernail clippers, 4 pairs of needle nose pliers, Catfish skinning pliers, 9 pounds of split shot, the old Schrade knife with leather sheath, and the banana shaped whetstone that used to belong to grandpa.

Oh......and 20 yards of chain stringers, and a spool of trotline cord.   👍

You been looking in my Tackle Box? I have a Bad Habit of putting packaging in.

Got 3 Pliers and a Hook Remover. 2 Stringers. Different Bait Bottles. Weights. Swivels. Bobber Stops. Bobber. Hooks. Jigs. Spinners. I'm sure many other things.

Man, you could probably catch a hundred-pounder on that!

More like 100 pounders.   Something about dip bait doesn't appeal to fish over 3lbs.

It's like giving snacks to a fat guy, he wants a full meal.  But that nasty stuff will catch eater channels for sure and break you of biting your nails and picking your nose.

My hundred pounder comment was aimed at using the whole 10lbs in one lump. Billethead got it. 😁

Oh I've done ok with it.

Had 20 pounds because that was the only way I could buy it.

I found though Sudden Impact works just as good and I can get it it smaller containers.

OK I gotta own this one.  I took a buddy to a spot on the river to see if any white bass were around.  I have progressed to the point that I have at least one of the flat tackle boxes of differing sizes for just about every place or type of fishing I am likely to do.  I thought I had my river box but while there I noticed it was missing most of my favorite stuff for river whites, such as tiny rattle traps, Mepps and rooster tails, white and yellow curly tails and paddle tails etc.  Well dang it I must have left on the riverbank or something.  Had to go to dermatologist yesterday so I will just drop into bass pro and buy a couple things.  They even had a sale on the plastic boxes 3500, 3600, or 3700 size at 3 for $12, admittedly I stopped and had 3 in my hand but then thought about this thread (wish I had got them dang it) and held strong and out them back.  $80 later I had my items and was gone.  When I got home I took it all to my boat, which is mostly a tackle sorting spot.  Saw a plastic box that I noted had at least one of the things I wanted in my river whites box.  Opened it up and son of a #$&% that box was apparently my "lost box" as it contained every single thing I had bought.  I now have enough river white fishing tackle that I may move it to a 3700 size box.😁 i may have a problem, i have even gone to very specifically marking boxes and have 3 different buckets depening on what i am doing.  Sadly or maybe not i have also gone to having two different rods rigged up for different fishing because who wants to spend that 60 seconds cutting off a crappie jig and tying on a rattle trap.  My name is Glen and I  have a problem i am a tackle Ho.
