Quillback Posted December 3, 2023 Posted December 3, 2023 I usually won't fish on Saturdays, but in the cold part of the year I will. Very few boats out there yesterday, but that may not be the case for other parts of the lake. I caught 15 spots, no LM and one 5" smallie. Ned rig was working on fish in the 10-20 foot depths and I got a few on a 3.3 Keitech fishing deep in the 30-50 foot deep areas. I'm not finding any big schools of bass anywhere, I'm sure they are out there, but I have not run across them. WT around 55. cheesemaster, Dock-in-it, MarkG52 and 4 others 6 1

shark bait Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 I wound up not fishing this weekend because I had too much other stuff going on. Quillback 1 Becky B
Bassin4fun Posted December 4, 2023 Posted December 4, 2023 I went out this past weekend as well. I put in at Eagle Rock and actually fished up to Big M. I ended up with about 20 or so. No keepers. I was fishing jerkbait and rock crawler. Rock crawler was what worked and what I stuck with. I ended up with a double...had a third following them too!! I caught mostly spots but had a good largemouth that came off. He was fighting pretty good and broke the surface and I lost him. I didn't think that they would with the water being colder...but it obviously ain't that cold yet. 🤪 I am planning to go walleye fishing. May put in at Campbell's Point that weekend and use a drop shot with minnow and a minnow on a jig techniques to try. I don't have the setup to troll and I didn't catch any up in the white on Sunday jerkin'. magicwormman, grizwilson, shark bait and 3 others 5 1
