The Battenkill reels are made in Europe. Orvis has a complete inventory of parts should they ever be needed. Bill Babler Posted February 21 Author Posted February 21 C4F, A great rod for most application is either a 9’ 5 or 6 wt. tip flex rod, and yes I can get you started with an outfit that is very reasonably priced in either Orvis or Temple Fork.
