Not The Same Dog

My kids are in Spring break, so I was off work and they wanted to got Target. We had our little Yorkie with us. So it’s 62 degrees outside and we are wearing light jackets. So we leave the Yorkie in the car with all 4 windows down about 3 inches. 
We go inside for about 20 minutes and when we came back out there was a cop pulled up next to my car and proceeded to chew me out for about 3 minutes and gave me a warning. 
He actually got kind of loud saying “Sir, this is illegal!” Even though I had all my windows down and it’s 62 degrees. 
So I got home and called the Police department and asked them to quote me the law….they couldn’t of course. Saying only that you shouldn’t put a dog in a car in extreme temperatures. I swear cops are starting to drive me freaking crazy

Now that you know what shift he works, you can give him PLENTY of stuff.   Need some ideas ?

These county cops have nothing to do but create exaggerated situations. God forbid they have a real emergency.
