Launched in the dark this morning.   About 20 minutes in I caught this one.   Right ant 22”s if the tail was uncurled.  Net weighs about a pound, so close to 6 pounds.  
About a half hour later I hooked one even bigger.   It came up twice head thrashing like a tarpon.   Chased it with the trolling motor for about 10 minutes. Then….    Nothing, nada, squadouche, silence😆.   Oh well.  The first two jumps were awesome.

Don’t call her fat! We have to change our way of describing what is considered beautiful in this new day and age! I don’t want to put any negative thoughts in her mind.
