Is that the only spot to fish around there?  Are you just sneaking out back avoiding the out of state license??

There’s a few inlets near here but this is the closest and only one that I can walk too.   I bought both a freshwater and saltwater license.   I also bought my TN license for the trip down.

It used to be a person didn't need a license to fish the salt.  The good ol' days.

Jeff there are still a few states like NJ and NY that don't require a saltwater license. Many states may have reciprocity and will honor a bordering states license. If I buy a Maryland saltwater license and a DE nonresident license for $20 I can legally fish saltwater from Long Island to the NC border.
