We saw two canards yesterday flying in tight formation. I guess not unusual since 3 metro area airports including STL international were within 5-10 miles. Still pretty cool to see them.

Towing the boat on county road E, a few miles from the launch, it is around 0645, just getting light with heavy fog. Out of nowhere a pickup truck, with no headlights on, flies by, passing me in a no-passing zone. The road was going up a little hill so you can't see any oncoming traffic thus the no-passing deal. If someone had been coming over that hill, it would've been a bad head-on wreck. And to top it off, once over that little hill there is a straight away where you can pass. Can’t fix stupid. Glad you or anyone else was not hurt!! Daryk Campbell Sr 1

These early morning trips on Ozark back roads are hazardous. Going to Cape Fair a couple of days ago on MO HWY 90 and around a curve comes a dually pickup over the center line. Had enough room to dodge him, thankfully. snagged in outlet 3 and cheesemaster 2

I often wonder what happened when I pass those white, road-side crosses in the middle of nowhere. That wreck would've been horrific and I'm glad you didn't have to witness it or worse, be involved.
