I will say that I feel that I got the short end on this deal. Instead of sending me to a conference in Okinawa Japan (where I could have fished for lifers), I got to participate in this webinar🤔🙄. This gives you some insight as to what I do for a living. At least you get to see me with a coat and tie😂😉. I'm at 27:10

Oh, I have a vague idea what caused the lake condition, but I don't understand why a hatchery of that size and importance didn't have an O2 monitoring system and a way to oxygenate and chill their intake water if necessary.
