Some of these were growing in the moss on a steep hillside.  I'll send up the bat signal for Marty, but maybe one of you knows what this is?  @BilletHead

                 You got me on that one. If anything, it may be in the fern species. there are 20 in the silverback type with some of the variations with leaves similar to this this.

Here is the app I use. It’s kind of annoying because it tries to trick you into subscribing every time you open it. But if you hit cancel enough times it goes away. Then you just take or upload a pic of the plant and presto! I probably should pay for it since I’ve been using it for years.

I use it as well; especially in different climate zones with totally different biomes .

On a similar note, The Merlin App is pretty cool.   My wife pulls it up when she’s with me fishing.
