I’m not going down this rabbit hole any further. If you have not realized it by know, life makes no sense. Enjoy they ride! Be Kind to others. Be Empathetic. Don’t be a stick in the mud.
The FBI, CIA, the military and others distribute classified docs to congress and the white house on a daily basis. I guess distribute them widely and they do a p poor job of retrieving them from whom they have been distributed. It is the easiest and most likely answer.
I used to have a TS clearance in the USMC. Our stuff got locked in a safe, in a big steel cage, signed out and in. Losing the goods or not maintaining the chain of custody of that stuff is inexcusable IMO. Careless and sloppy on all accounts. It’s like leaving a loaded pistol in a room full of toddlers sloppy, IMO.
The dollar bill tags were Matt Tucker’s idea. He works over by the Sauget Ballet (East Side STL strip clubs). A man’s gotta eat lunch somewhere over there.
Brian Ellis is the only one I know of and he is very good. Bob Temper was in a wheel chair last time I saw. Craig at Hargrove's is pretty good and he gives lessons. I don't instruct casting or fly tying anymore.I've not been involved with Ozark since my 15 year old daughter was born. Matt Tucker is still around. He lives in Jeffco, and plays allot of golf at Fox Run.
Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services puts out a fish advisory report every once and a while. I don't know if they test for those things, but they do test for stuff like Clordane, PCB's, Mercury, and Lead.
There is no Whataburger in St. Louis, but we do have a Shake Shack, Meh....The only chain burger I really miss is In-N-Out from the years I lived in California. I head to the nearest In-N-Out for a double double animal style first thing whenever I fly out there.
MDC has nothing to do with this. State Parks are MO DNR land. The worst bridge in that area is the 64 bridge over the Niangua. I'm surprised that has not fallen down yet, but that is on MO DOT.
MDC & DNR supervisors are pretty dumb in terms of planning and maintenance . Regular maintenance is cheaper than parts and down time, but they don’t seem to know that.
Just ordered some seeds from that Seed Savers place that Dave mentioned (before I forgot about it). Got some Thyme, Dark Opal Basil, Genovese Basil, Cilantro, Kentucky Wonder Pole Beans, Green Zebra Tomatoes, and some Cherokee Purple Tomato seeds on the way. Will see how it works out. Only $40.
Just a few brown trout and rainbows so far. Usually have several smallies to hand by now but nope. Gotta go float when you can. It’s nice and warm, Duck season is over for me. It may be worth pulling the paddle jon out this weekend.
I buy Simms, from T Hargrove. Tom and Craig, will get them patched up or sent in and let you know. I don't even need to think about it. Have 3 pairs, so no BFD if one or two are down for a bit. Think my oldest pair of Simms G3's are going on 10-12 years. Tom & Craig have patched them once or twice.
