Calling me and my town Wankers is funny? My instinct is to wash your mouth out with soap like an 8 year old, but I'm gonna restrain myself and think about what Jordan Peterson would do. What's O'Fallon got going for it anyway? Cookie cutter homes, a Walmart, and some cave graffiti? It's a "No Pride McBride" kinda town. -

2.2M for 43 acres? Probably a subdivision. -
Sold a used car today. Listed it at 10am and it sold above asking price before noon. Had 3 way bidding in my drive. Probably left some cash on the table. Shoulda said the auction starts a 4, come back with cash then.

I’ve never caught much on an ant pattern. They seem to be worthless as a searching pattern, but they sometimes take a rising fish that refused a bigger fly. Have some in the hopper box, but they rarely get fished.

The PD payroll is the biggest line item in many N St Louis County municipality budgets and I’m sure it’s the same for many rural towns. Those small cities don’t pay very well and there gonna lose allot of people in this job market. Heard that Shannon County no longer has 24/7 emergency services because the can’t afford it anymore, and that the jail is closing.

Haven't found a soft hackle fly that wont catch trout, so that one should work too. Nice tie.

Looks like a regional hybrid design drift skiff/power boat. Who made the hull? Where was it made? Michigan maybe? Might be worth towing it back to where it came from if you want top dollar.

That's a negatory FW! We cant have easy access to Mescaline, Psilocybin, or DMT (even though primitive cultures used them safely for years). What would we do with all the unemployed psychiatrists & preachers? Anti depressant sales would plummet!

Buddy mowed his sunflowers in Troy last week. He says he has no birds. Nothing but cut weeds at MTC and Busch...no birds there either. Looks like tweety birds will be the only thing on the grill on Wednesday. I'm gonna sleep in, unless birds arrive. Haven't heard squat about CB...Lots of flowers up there this year. If they aren't holding birds, I don't know what will.

There is supposed to be one not far above East Gate. There was a dirt ramp there last visit, and a couple miles of deep slow unproductive water on the way down to Spring Creek. Al A might have done it. Looks kinda urban up that way on OnX maps.

Nice bugs...Dave Whitlock did a nice deer hair bug but the best deer hair tyer I ever knew was Jerry Jarosik. He used the Wapsi production method of tying deer hair. It gives you better results than the typical 3 wraps and spin most folks use...It's in the Wapsi beginning fly tying manual, and the old Wapsi production fly tying book. I have a copy of that book in my collection someplace. Jerry also tied the worlds best Humpy dry fly, and the worlds best beetle pattern. Miss him.

Might try some of the strip pits on the lower Meramec...Pallisades, Catawissa, South Side of Castlewood...There are some sloughs on public land in W. Alton that might hold a few too. There are some scum holes in the Creve Coeur floodplain too.

Well I was sober when I bought the weapon, I didn't intend to use illegal drugs in the future your honor. I was in denial regarding my addiction, I relapsed after years of sobriety, my wife put weed in my brownies, my doctors say I need to take 10 bars of Xanax a day! Blah, blah, blah. Its a silly question that inspires even sillier debate.
