  1. We were at Beaumont Scout Reservation, just east of Eureka. Close to the Meremac. Hwy I-44and Hwy 141. Fenton, maybe. There is a vey shallow creek that runs through camp. Often dry.
  2. So, at scout camp, I introduced a fellow leader to microfishing. He enjoyed it alot. I would like some one to identify the catch in the last photo. It was very tiny. Location is near Eureka, MO. Small creek at Beaumont Scout Reservation. My guess is a salamander species.
  3. I hope you do well @JF660R
  4. Good luck, and enjoy. Boy scout camping starts back up this weekend.
  5. 2nd the thanks.
  6. #fakenews LOL, looked snagged. Fitting.
  7. Yup. The worst part of this circle, is crop insurance is gov't funded, and regulated. So is flood insurance. The insurance companies have no control over pricing, and regulations. Every company will offer the exact same product(s). Nothing more, nothing less. The difference is claim quality and speed.
  8. I didn't learn much about the full crop insurance program, as I don't sell that. But, I would believe the farmers would be covered for loss of crops in that instance. I know that doesn't cover the farmer who decides to opt out of that coverage, and suffers a loss. Just my first thoughts.
  9. I heard you also, I was wondering who it could have been. Were you in red top and bottoms? Seen a boat in a spot we wanted in, the boat never left, but many were stacked up on that spot. We decided to leave it alone.
  10. Is that a rare descendent of the rattle headed copper moccosin?
  11. Well, I can report success. I lived up to the tournament's name. I was an OAF member who caught 1 Bass. Nothing else. I rode in @dblades boat. He knows many spots, and caught a number of bass, a white bass( fake news), a walleye, and a crappie. He tried to get me to catch. I just didn't have it. I still had a great time. Due to the less than stellar forecast, and weather, I decided to come home this evening, instead of fishing Roaring River tomorrow. Bonus points: I didn't fall into the water. The food was great, grilled salmon, smoke bologna, cucumber salad, and more. I took home someone's groceries. LOL. Thanks everyone, I'm looking forward to next year. Congrats to the winner who hasn't posted yet. I will not steal the thunder.
  12. Try swapping the driver side and passenger side bulbs. Then worry about the trailer.
  13. Come over to eagle rock, about 10 minutes from the park when you are done. We are having the OAF tourney. Come say hi.
  14. I have the burgers, some charcoal, and a small BBQ Pit. I did not think to grab a spatula or something to turn the burgers. If someone could please bring that I've already left my home.
  15. I will bring burgers. I hope you are safe. I couldn't even think of asking for reimbursement. If you really feel the need, please donate it to a local cause.
  16. You are correct. How many times have "facts" been disproved? How many facts have derived from half of the information needed provided? This can go on and on.
  17. I appreciate your contributions. Please continue. I share alot of the same views as you. I don't understand what is wrong with someone having a different viewpoint, and also what is wrong with thinking for yourself. Just try to fathom what possibilities could be. It's really eye opening. The world IS round. (Spherical).
  18. I have a 10' Lowe. With MO title.
  19. My Father in law is not really a fisherman. He is going with a couple of his friends down to Reelfoot. They will be targeting crappie. I have read about the ice minnow, but believe that to be a deep choice. What kind of set up can I teach him so he has a decent chance to catch a couple each day he is there? I believe they will be fishing minnows and the lake is pretty shallow where he will be, with lots of stumps.
  20. Looks nice, and the price is right. I'm sure it will go soon. Especially if the flooding up north makes it down here.
  21. On top of all of the production costs to the environment, what is all to often overlooked, or never discussed is the correct disposal of all of the non reusable waste. Look into that when you are bored.
  22. One of these years they will quit messing with our time. LOL
  23. Cool opportunity, let me know about the next one. I will be down at the OAF One Bass tournament. Thanks for inviting us to this.
  24. Sad to read that. May his family find peace.
  25. Farther than I care to go. Sorry, I'm on the St Louis side. I will be at the one bass tournament, can meet that weekend if it's still available.
