It's my observation that 90% of guys with the latest/greatest sonar crap installed on their rigs either have no clue at all how to use it to their benefit.....or they are keeping it such a secret that they are throwing entry fee money away, just so nobody knows how many fish they can catch. The remaining 10% are actually doing pretty good jug fishing for Blues, and snagging for spoonbill. -

The first 3 hours that I was out I was ready to declare "fake news" myself. Then right as I was about to head in with my tail tucked between my legs they blew up over water that I had thoroughly covered 2 hours earlier. Timing is EVERYTHING with White bass.

I took the Jon boat and the flyrod out this evening to see if I could find enough for a mess. Finally, right before dark I found a ditch that was full of little ones. They'll do for now. No rashes or wounds here, thankfully.

Yeah these guys are gobbling up all of their reserve SHTF food. No sense in eating THAT as long as there is still reasonably priced food in the grocery stores.

My OT Guide 147 makes a great solo canoe, but it is a bit heavy. Not too heavy IMO but it would be absolutely perfect if it was 25 lbs. lighter. I've never been in a better canoe when it's just me and my dog.

The eagles here, during the white bass run, are famous for eating the eyeballs and picking out the egg sacks....then leaving the rest to rot. Other critters aren't likely to get the rest because they deposit the carcass on an island out in the middle of the flat.

I think that maybe you got caught playing with dolls and it threatened your masculinity, so to avoid further embarrassment you now pretend to be scared of them.
