    Your starter solenoid is stuck closed.

    Typically those units initially failed because of bad power switches, or dirty/damaged pins in the connectors.....and are good as new after the repairs.

    Me too ! The only thing they seem to truly care about is DEER...... Meanwhile there are 2 per mile lying dead on the shoulder of the highway.

    Deer season REALLY brings them out. 🙄 I never see one any other time of the year. Wonder why that is ? 🤔 The one patrolling this area is a Dog Handler, and has a German shepherd partner. Not sure that I can understand that deal. Nice truck and shoes too.....looks like he keeps them both well polished.

    Brother, if they "ran good" they wouldn't be here. 😅 And honestly anything under a 15hp isn't worth me spending any time on. I'll snap a pic of them tomorrow if it isn't raining, and if you want to spend the time to refresh one of them then you are welcome to them. It would be just one less thing for me to weed-eat around 😊

    Well, I would have advised you to mark the hub & prop, and then run it, to verify that it was indeed slipping. How did you get the hub removed? Surely it didn't just push right out. Replacing prop hubs is a job for a qualified prop shop...... I've actually never done it.

    Yeah there is a water pump that should be serviced. TC-W3 @ 50:1 If it is turning over freely then there's no need to coat the cylinders before attempting to start it. I have a couple of little motors in the bone pile currently.....but do not have titles for any of them, so basically they are just being sacrificed for parts.

    Personally I prefer a fairly fast 6wt. with a Rio Grand floating line & 7' 5ips Rio sinking leader. But I don't throw big nasty stuff, or target only trophy sized trout. If you do.....then I'd step it up a notch.

    It's raining loins, sausage, and jerky around here. No need to kill one myself..... wouldn't have room for it if I did. I truly enjoy the benefits of keeping guys boats running all year ! 🤗

    Here is what I've settled on. No complaints. And better yet.....No zinc-oxide primer required. As with all painting projects PREPARING THE SURFACE is most important......and preparing the surface around the edges of rivets is a chore ! Alcohol & a scrub brush.

    The Queen is away, so it's just me & the youngest kid hanging out this weekend. So I dug this out of the deep freezer for dinner tonight. For the life of me I can't think of 15 different beans 🤔 Anyone care to take a shot at it ? Also, if there's 15 kinds of beans in there......How many farts before one of us $#!ts our pants ? Green bean Navy bean Pinto bean Lima bean Is a Black-eyed pea actually a BEAN ? Kidney bean Soy bean Yeah, that's pretty much all I can think of 🙄 and I'm not even halfway there.

    Well I'll be.....😀 I'd love to know what the "penalties" consisted of. I'm now reflecting on the case where a guy was busted with a cooler full of spoonbill eggs.....and they confiscated his boat, his truck, and gave him enough jail time that it caused him to default on his loan & lose his home too.

    My guess is that they are Asian immigrants..... They'll eat minnows, or make fish head soup. Possibly illegal, that's why I question whether they'll even show up for court.
