    Well, knee surgery is done and the worst part is over by far. In a couple of weeks It will be even better. I'll be there and looking forward to it. Looks like the grandson will make it too. Coming down Friday AM and will stay Friday night and Saturday night. I'll bring an apple crisp again but sorry to say no white liquor is in inventory. Maybe some deer sticks instead.

    Seriously have none of you guys ever heard of a Kara? Layout hunting has been the nuts for a looong time. Nice boat and good hunt. Don't want to rain on any parades.

    Orion is a good name. Almost as good as Ralph. Nothing better than a puppy, and a Yellow Lab at that - one that has the look. And he does. Best to you and Orion, may you have many many many wonderful days together and the memories that transcend what a man and dog do on their own and only come with that tie that binds. Cool looking pup. Keep him healthy and safe.

    Too much time off is my theory regarding Shields difficulties. His main problem was control of the change up.

    May I be so bold as to ask what size XPS? Going to Truman next week with a buddy and have used Hopkins there with good success before but always willing to look at something else.

    Basically fine. The left one gets the same treatment 11/18/14. Then I should be good to go for the duration.

    I lived in St. Charles for a while. I have a Lab buried in one of the levy's there. Bittersweet memory for certain.
