    By streamer do you mean a 6" gold CD Rapala? Fished about 6' to 10' deep when the water is running? Around/above Point Lookout?

    You just skin them from the ankles forward. Parboil until tender and grill to put a little bark on here and there with some of your favorite sauce. Better than any squirrel you ever ate.

    LF 6'6" Clarus is a really good rod. Phil Lilley also has some that he is fond of at his shop. Reels? I have grown to like the Lew's Speed Spins. Better IMHO than Shimano Sahara for roughly the same money. Daiwa Exceller is another choice in the similar price range, No complaints there either.

    Smart move. I've had the somewhat simpler Chicago Cutlery version for about 20 years. People frequently comment on how sharp my knives always are. I use mine on everything from kitchen knives to Benchmade folders. I used to do Arkansas stones and can get knives razor sharp there too, but the electric is a matter of a few seconds, no matter what condition the blade is in.

    Dexter Russell. The best. Also use a Gerber. Sharpen with a Chicago cutlery diamond double wheel that puts a perfect hollow ground razor edge on any knife that's not serrated in seconds.

    Any normal person would. Guys like this and that fellow who kidnapped and killed the little girl a while back in Springfield have something missing. I do not think there is any hope for rehab ever for those types. Death is too easy. I am cruel and would put him in a small solitary confinement room forever and the last day he would see the sun would be the day he went in. No books, no TV, no visitors, no nothing ever but food and water for the rest of his life.

    I've got a Pescador 12 and I'm perfectly happy with it. You can spend a lot of money on a Kayak, but they're all basically river transportation to me. Day tripping transportation. When I river camp, it's the canoe or Shawnee. More into comfort with about a ton of gear than the lightweight mode.

    It will catch rock bass and smallmouth in moving water pretty good too. I made the first several of mine with a regular strike king worm cut in half, not the elaztech. Use a regular ball head jig with the monofilament brush guard with about half of the filaments trimmed out and length trimmed to just barely protect the point of the hook. I have to admit the super glue idea was new to me and it's the nuts. I did learn that regular worms will destroy the elaztech in a few days.

    I used to take three days from just below Montauk to Baptist Camp. A nice relaxing pace is what I am all about.
