  1. Loved watching the "Fishin Hole"
  2. Possibly. I loved the fight between him and Sandler in Happy Gilmore. Hilarious!
  3. Probably won't actively fish for tarpon on this trip. Won't turn one down if we get one to bite.
  4. As long as you spay and neuter your pets.
  5. Jeff this is the biggest reason I don't watch many fishing or hunting shows. Many of us won't have the money to pay for those same trips and really are not relatable to the average folks.
  6. We have been planning a trip to take Livie to snorkel some spots in the FL Keys. Due to deadlines on staff performance reviews and client conferences ar work this trip has had three different sets of dates. Now the time has come. We couldn'tafford the wagon Queen so loaded up our Toyota version of the family truckster and headed south. 099d1a89-a844-4f1d-a0b9-d28dee14dc6b.mp4 With our theme music we drove to our first stop, Savannah GA to visit my aunt and stepmother. Greated with thunderstorms, a tornado about 30 miles away and heavy rains. We'll have to see what fish want to play today.
  7. Of course Mitch I'm not sure what searches would have ended with this clip 🤔
  8. I would have a spreadsheet tracking prices and brands 😅! So getting the pricing right could be me. But based on personality that's all @BilletHead 🤣🤣🤣 Just having fun Marty

    What's Cooking?

Except those days when you were at Bojangles or Zaxby's
  10. And you were fishing in Arkansas.
  11. I thought one of the ones that @Ham caught looked larger than this guy, but they use certified scales.
  12. Harvey Smith of Sparta snagged a 6-pound, 2-ounce white sucker March 27. Missouri man pulls new state-record sucker from Roark Creek Harvey Smith of Sparta snagged a 6-pound, 2-ounce white sucker March 27. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) congratulates Harvey Smith of Sparta for snagging a new state-record white sucker. Smith was fishing March 27 when he snagged the 6-pound, 2-ounce fish from Roark Creek in Taney County. The previous record under alternative methods was a 5-pound, 1-ounce fish caught from Lake Taneycomo. “It’s kind of funny, because this was the first time I’d been snagging in 30 years,” laughed Smith. “My son and his best friend convinced me to go out with them and I ended up catching a state record. I’ll probably never do it again!” Suckers are one of the dominant group of large fishes in Missouri waters. They feed mostly by sucking up material from the bottom. White suckers are found nearly statewide, but are absent from the Bootheel lowlands and southeastern Ozarks. MDC staff verified the fish’s weight using a certified scale in Sparta. This is the third state-record fish caught in 2021. "I was actually going to turn the fish loose,” Smith said. “I didn’t think anything of it, but everybody stopped me saying that it was a huge fish. I guess I plan to get it mounted!” Missouri state-record fish are recognized in two categories: pole-and-line and alternative methods. Alternative methods include: trotlines, throwlines, limb lines, bank lines, jug lines, spearfishing, snagging, snaring, gigging, grabbing, archery, and atlatl. 13. Great hunt and great looking Tom! Now Pat will hand that off to you to clean and cook it up. I see lots of carnitas in the future !
  14. If it browns up take a tip from FL landscapers and just spray paint it green. Had a buddy in Orlando that kept wanting to put mole crickets throughout his yard to kill off the grass. He hated mowing and thought it was a waste of time.

Looks and sounds great for a snowy day.
  16. Congrats Ham! I hope to catch one on Monday.
  17. Congrats on a nice looking male swamp musky!
  18. That will be us in FL next week. When we lived in FL we wouldn't go in the ocean until it warmed to 80+ degrees. Now we will be swimming and looking like lobsters like all the other tourists 😅
  19. Been there done that🙄. That until we spend time with grandkids.
  20. Been feeling like this most days lately.
  21. Now we may be getting back to normal.
  22. Devlin Rich of Williamsville caught a 10-pound, 9-ounce fish from Wappapello Lake. CORRECTION: Wayne County angler catches world record-sized spotted gar Previous version incorrectly identified Rich as a Callaway County angler. Devlin Rich of Williamsville caught a 10-pound, 9-ounce fish from Wappapello Lake. JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) congratulates Devlin Rich of Williamsville for catching a new state record spotted gar. Rich was fishing with a pole-and-line at Wappapello Lake Feb. 25 when he reeled in the 10-pound, 9-ounce fish. His catch is not only the latest Missouri state record, but it beats the current spotted gar world record of 9-pounds, 12-ounces set back in 1994. Spotted gar is rather common and widely distributed in the Bootheel lowlands of southeastern Missouri. “Because of the hard, bony jaws, gars are seldom taken on hook-and-line and are rarely used for food,” noted MDC Fisheries Programs Specialist Andrew Branson. “Special techniques are required to capture them consistently with rod-and-reel, but they do provide a ready target for the bow hunter because they often bask near the surface of the water.” Gars are generally associated with warm, sluggish backwaters. They frequently rise to the water’s surface, opening and closing their jaws with a loud snap, then sinking below. This behavior allows them to swallow air into their swim bladder, which allows it to function much like a lung. This adaptation helps them survive in still or slow waters with relatively low oxygen levels. MDC staff verified Rich’s record-breaking catch on a certified scale in Williamsville. This is the second state record caught in 2021. Missouri state record fish are recognized in two categories: pole-and-line and alternative methods. Alternative methods include: throwlines, limb lines, bank lines, jug lines, spearfishing, snagging, snaring, gigging, grabbing, archery, and atlatl. 23. Here's what I got back when I typed in Search engine of my choice What is Search with Engine of your choice? According to computer security researchers, Search with Engine of your choice is a PUP (potentially unwanted program) from the category of Browser hijackers. Typically, browser hijackers make changes to the default homepage and search engine of user web-browsers, making it difficult to change them back.
